- Manage licensing in an effective manner implementing best practices in the administration, use and procurement of licenses.
- Identify Microsoft training needs within the organization with the objective of designing personalized training plans according to the client’s needs.
- Evaluate the maturity level in the use of productivity tools and identify business groups that do not make the most of currently licensed software products in order to optimize usage.
